Adobe Creative Cloud License

1. Launch Microsoft Teams and select the eVA chat bot from the left side menu. 

1a. If eVA is missing, browse to https://apps.edustar.vic.edu.au/chat when connected to the eduSTAR network and sign-in using your eduPASS credentials.

2. Enter the phrase "Can you assign me an Adobe license?". 

3. eVA will then respond with "Please select your campus at Maryborough Education Centre", select "Balaclava Road Campus". 

4. eVA will then automatically assign you an Adobe License, this can take up to 60 minutes after which you will have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

5. If you have outdated Adobe applications installed you will need to uninstall them and then upgrade to the latest versions of these applications.
